Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer that specializes in industrial pumps for 30 years.
What payment terms do you prefer?
Normally we take payment terms of 30% T/T in advance and 70% paid before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
How long is the warranty period?
Eighteen (18) months after delivery or twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning, whichever comes earlier.
Is it acceptable to use a customer's own brand?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services to meet our clients' branding needs.
What is the standard packaging for export?
We use standard export plywood cases to ensure the safety of the pumps during international transit.
How many days does manufacturing take?
It depends on the order quantity and pump types. Normally the manufacturing cycle ranges from 20 to 120 days.
