Xbd-L Series Vertical Fire Pump for Fire Fighting System Centrifugal Pump

The vertical multi-stage fire pump unit features a compact structure, small size, and minimal footprint. It adopts a vertical multi-stage segmented design, where the inlet section, intermediate stages, and outlet section are tightly bolted together into an integrated pump. Each stage is equipped with an impeller and a guide vane, with axial forces balanced hydraulically. Any residual axial force is borne by one or a pair of ball bearings.

The pump operates with low noise and vibration, ensuring smooth and stable performance. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise. The suction inlet is located at the bottom, and the discharge outlet at the top, with their relative positions adjustable to 0°, 90°, 180°, or 270° upon user request during factory assembly. The pump is driven by a vertical motor via a flexible coupling. Shaft sealing options include soft packing or mechanical seals.
