Product Overview

The EDJ series is a professionally packaged fire pump set, designed as an automatic fire water supply system. It integratedly consists of three essential components:

Main Pump: Driven by a high-efficiency electrical motor.
Stand-by Pump: Driven by a reliable diesel engine for emergency backup.
Jockey Pump: To maintain system pressure during non-emergency states.

This model comes equipped with a sophisticated separate controller (or attached to the skid) and includes discharge valves, common header, and all necessary accessories for immediate integration.

Working Principle

The pipeline network's pressure is maintained between low pressure P1 and high pressure P2. When pressure drops below P1, the jockey pump starts automatically until it reaches P2. In case of high water consumption or fire emergency where pressure drops to minimum level P3, the electric pump activates. If power fails, the diesel pump triggers at ultimate pressure P4 to ensure uninterrupted fire protection.
