1. Machine Composition

DGS-CO2-16A model filling machine includes: air-driven liquid CO2 gas filling pump, precision pressure gauge, pressure reducing valve, high pressure electromagnetic valve, electric control part, electronic scale, and vacuum pump.

2. Machine Characteristics

This model utilizes compressed air as the power source. Through the air-driven gas booster and filling pump, it drives CO2 filling and conveying. When the transmission weight reaches the pre-set value, the sensor signal triggers the gas electromagnetic valve, automatically stopping the air drive and the pump.

4. Operating Procedure

Add lubricating oil to the FR.L Combination (10# or 20# mechanical oil, or antifreeze oil for winter).

Close driving air ball valve, connect to compressed air (max 0.8MPa).

Place empty cylinder, close CO2 and nitrogen switches, start vacuum pump to vacuum.

Once vacuumed, close vacuum switch, open needle valve and air source valve. The pump starts and stops automatically when the set weight is reached.

Close the high-pressure valve and manual ball valve upon completion.
