HD5F series pumps are designed according to API610 "centrifugal pumps for petroleum, heavy chemical and natural gas industries" standard double shell, symmetrical impeller arrangement horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, horizontal center line support. According to user requirements, the first stage impeller can be designed into single suction or double suction two structures.
The system is classified as double shell structure, and the external pressure shell is made by forging process, which has strong bearing capacity, high temperature resistance and safe and reliable operation. The inner core adopts the integral extraction design, which can realize the detection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.
This series of pump hydraulic is based on the excellent hydraulic model at home and abroad, using PUMPCAD hydraulic aided design software, CFD three-dimensional fluid simulation analysis system and so on
The hydraulic design method is designed with high efficiency and good cavitation performance.
This series of pumps has the ability of axial self-balance, normal operation, the bearing does not bear the axial force, greatly improving the service life of the bearing.
