Q: What is the production lead time?
A: For in-stock products, we can arrange shipment immediately after order confirmation. For customized products, the production cycle is 7-30 days, subject to specific customization requirements.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support flexible payment methods including L/C, T/T, D/A, D/P, and Western Union. Specific terms (such as 30% deposit and balance against B/L copy) can be negotiated with our sales manager.
Q: What certificates do your products have?
A: Our machinery has obtained authoritative certifications including CE, ISO, GOST, EPA (for the US market), and CCC, complying with international quality and safety standards.
Q: What payment terms can we accept?
A: Normally 30% deposit is required in advance, 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. And 100% irrevocable L/C at sight with the terms we agreed can also be accepted.
Q: How about our delivery time?
A: Usually it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your deposit. About standard products, we always have in stock and can deliver immediately. But customized products will take more time, depending on the requirements of your order.
