Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

A:We are a manufacturer. Our factory covers an area of over 80,000 square meters and we have more than 16 years of experience in the industry. We are capable of providing OEM and ODM services to meet your specific requirements.

Q:What is your payment terms?

A:We accept 30% payment by T/T as deposit, and the balance by T/T before delivery.If your order is urgent or your quantity is large, we can negotiate accordingly.

Q:How long is your delivery time?

A:7 -10 working days if there is stock ; if there is no stock, 20 -30 working days will be needed.The exact time should be confirmed according to your order quantity and order time.

Q:Will you arrange your engineer to my site for installation?

A:For small-sized products, we will deliver them as a complete unit so you don't need to perform any assembly. For large-sized products,we may ship them in separate parts. In that case, we will provide instructional videos and online guidance. If needed, we can also dispatch engineers to your site for installation and commissioning.
