Overview: The FJX evaporation crystallization circulating pump is a large flow low head axial flow pump suitable for evaporation and concentration in industries such as diaphragm caustic soda, phosphate fertilizer, alumina, chlorinated calcium, sugar, salt, papermaking, and wastewater treatment.

🛡️ Good Anti-Cavitation Performance Suitable for low liquid level evaporators, greatly reducing investment in evaporation plants. Ideal for new evaporators with high fluid resistance heating chambers.

⏳ Durability & Low Wear Slow speed type ensures smooth operation, light wear on overcurrent components, and minimal crystal damage during the evaporation process.
🔧 Easy Maintenance Rear door structure allows rotor extraction without disassembling inlet/outlet flanges. Containerized machine seals provide a lifespan of 6-12 months.

We provide export plywood packing for our products to ensure safety during transit.
How many days does it take for manufacturing?
It depends on the order quantity and pump types. Normally it takes 30~120 days.
What payment terms do you prefer?
Normally we require 30% T/T in advance and 70% paid before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
What materials are used to make the pumps?
We use various high-performance materials including Ni-Hard alloy, 304L, 316L, 904L, CD4MCu, Ti, and Nickel alloys depending on the application.
What is the warranty period?
We provide a 12-month warranty after commissioning or 18 months after delivery, whichever comes first.
