Fire Pump with Small Diesel Engine Pump Sets, Skid Mounted Fire Pump System

We use high-quality diesel engines known for perfect performance and suitable pricing. Each unit is equipped with four batteries, one fuel filter, one air filter, one lube oil filter, one coolant filter, and two belts. The color of the diesel engine can be customized according to preference.

As the latest fire-fighting equipment, the XBC diesel engine fire-fighting pump group series are developed strictly complying with national standard GB6245-2006 (The Performance Requirement and Testing Method of Fire Fighting Pumps) and NFPA20 (Installation of Centrifugal Fire-fighting Pumps).

Classified by coupled pump head types (single stage single suction, single stage double suction, multi-section multistage), this equipment falls into three sub-categories: XBC-IS, XBC-S, and XBC-D. This equipment is widely used in various industrial and civil occasions.

Power is provided by diesel engine series such as X6135, 12v135, 4102, 4105, 6102, 4100, and 495. Our fire-fighting pumps are flexibly coupled with these engines, with clutches available. Components such as diesel tanks, radiation water tanks, blowers, and control panels are also provided.

Cooling Mode: Generally features a closed cycle cooling system where both the surface and radiating water exchange heat with airflow from the blower. An opened cycle (heat exchanger) is available upon request.

• XBC: Diesel engine fire fighting pump group
• 8: 10 times rated pressure of pump (bar)
• 50: Rated flow (L/S) of pump group
• IS: Pump type (IS: Single stage single suction; S: Single stage double suction; D: Sectional multi-stage)
