500HW-7 20inch HW mixed flow water pump for farming irrigation. Mixed-flow pumps are widely used in conveying clean and polluted media, chemically neutral or erosive media and agricultural irrigation.
1. Check mixed flow pumps and motor before starting to see if fastening bolts are complete. Check pressure gauge and lubricating oil levels.
2. Open inlet/outlet valves; ensure no leakage in static seals (packing seal leakage rate < 20 drops/min).
3. Verify clockwise rotation direction. Monitor for abnormal sound, heating, or pressure gauge anomalies.
4. Under load, ensure leakage is within 60 drops/min. Adjust valves to reach required head and flow.
